Agenda for møte: Utbygging Nord, utbygging av grøntareal – tomt 01 og Bussveien.

  • Rogaland fylkeskommune presenterer planer, status og fremdrift av bussveiprosjektene i bydelen.
  • Det er store planer for utbygging av Hinna Park Nord og det vil bli gitt en orientering om kommende byggeprosjekter.
  • Stavanger kommune planlegger å bygge på grøntareal på tomt 01.  Det planlegges et stort bygg. Det vil gis en orientering om planene, og konsekvenser for nærområdet eks. vidsyn til sjøen for turgåere, skolevei, parkering, reduksjon av grøntareal, trafikk/tung trafikk og bygningsomfang. Årsmøte vedtok å jobbe for at tomten benyttes til allmenheten/friområde. Høringsfrist 29.06.2024.

Hinna Park Welfare association invites you to an information meeting for members and residents in the area. Place: Jåtten High School, date 19. june 2024 At: 18-20

Agenda for the meeting: Development North, decommissioning of green areas and Bussveien.

  • Rogaland fylkeskommune presents plans, status and progress of the bus road projects in the area.
  • There are major plans for the development of Hinna Park Nord and information will be given on upcoming construction projects.
  • Stavanger kommune plans to build on green space on plot 01. A large building is planned. A briefing will be given on the plans, and consequences for the local area, e.g. wide view of the sea for walkers, school road, parking, reduction of green space, traffic/heavy traffic and building scale. The annual meeting decided to work to ensure that the plot is used for the public/free area. Hearing deadline 29.06.2024.
