Byggeleder Christian F Røine fra firmaet Hent, kan fortelle velforeningen at arbeidet langs aker bygget (fasaden) er en reklamasjons jobb til 15.mill. Materialene bak fasade-platene er morknet. arbeidet vil ta 3 til 6 uker. De håper å være ferdig til 17.mai Det gjør også vi som bor her.
